The online store at Profile is designed to give you peace
of mind concerning the privacy of your credit card information,
name, address, e-mail and any other information you provide
us. Profile is committed to data security with respect
to information collected on our site. We offer the industry

PRIVACY
Profile will not disclose your personal information to
any outside organization for its use in marketing. Information
regarding you (such as name, address and phone number)
or your order and the products you purchase will not be
given or sold to any outside organization for its use
in marketing or solicitation.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for
using your credit card to make purchases with Profile
Consumer Electronics, Inc. Please be sure to provide your exact
billing address and telephone number your credit card
bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause
a delay in processing your order.
PRICING
Pricing is given in US dollars.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Profile products may
be returned for replacement or refund in the following
manner: Returns request must be made within 30 days of
the invoice date. You must contact our sales dept
by email for a Return Authorization number (RA).

In your request please give the original
order number, invoice number, and invoice date and the
product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA
number. RA numbers are valid for 10 days and all returns
must be received within 15 days of obtaining the RA number.
You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed and
credited to your credit card, less original shipping charges.
In order to receive a refund, all items returned must
be in "as-new" condition. All products must
be returned in outer shipping carton as originally shipped.
A copy of the original invoice/packing slip must be included
and the RA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies
could result in a delay of your refund or additional charges.
SALES TAX
Profile shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable
sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within
California. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped
to any other state.
